In pursuit of “Promoting Chinese Cuisines Worldwide”, we help aspiring youths to be trained as chefs.
Over 80 culinary workshops were hosted in the United Kingdom for 1,000 secondary school students and teachers to promote healthy Chinese culinary culture.
In 2017, the Group made 160 in-kind donations of over 72,000 pieces of sauces and condiments. The total value was over HKD 1,728,000.
We organised 682 plant tours in Xinhui and Hong Kong, China with around 26,000 participants.
