Stir-fried Rice Noodles With Crab Roe

 

Serving Size: 1-2

Ingredient:

Eggs 2 [beaten], Rice noodles ( Nai Fan) 300 g [10 oz], Crab roes 2 heaped tbsp, Lettuce 2 leaves [shredded]

Seasoning Mix:

Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce 3 tbsp

Method:

1. Stir-fry eggs in 2 tbsp oil until almost done. Add rice noodles, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and stir well. Heat off. Stir in crab roes and lettuce.

Tips:

Turn off the heat before stir in crab roes and lettuce, otherwise their textures will be affected.
