| Cutting
your carbohydrate would help you lose weight? |
|
If you think the same way, you would
be completely wrong. As you are trying to cut down your
carbohydrate (e.g. bread, rice, noodles, milk, fruits),
you would be eliminating many of your natural energy metabolizer.
Carbohydrates provide some essentials vitamin B's, which
enhance metabolism in the body; so if you lack them, your
metabolic rate would slow down which might hinder your weight
loss. Therefore, adequate amount of carbohydrate
in your daily diet would actually help your lose weight.
The best time to boost up your
metabolism is in the morning; thus, a good breakfast is
essential in a daily diet.
