Cut beef fillet into stripes, marinade with beef marinade for 15
minutes.
Wash and clean bell peppers and cut into julienne.
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, brown beef stripes until half
cooked. Add minced garlic, mixed bell peppers and stir fry until
peppers slightly softened.
Add sauce mixture into the beef stripes and peppers,
mix
thoroughly until sauce thickened, then serve with steamed rice.
