| Ingredients
600 g lean ground turkey
12 large iceberg lettuce leaves
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup Lee Kum Kee Peanut Flavored Sauce
1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon of Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint |

Cooking
Methods:
- Heat canola oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and saut?until beginning to brown, about 3
minutes.
- Add turkey; break up the meat and saut?until brown.
Cook thoroughly, about 7 minutes.
- Add peanut sauce, hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1/2
teaspoon of sesame oil; heat through.
- Stir in chopped mint and cucumber. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer turkey mixture to medium bowl. Place lettuce leaves
on
platter.
- Make wraps by spooning turkey mixture into the lettuce leaves.
