Healthy Festive Recipe:
 
Stir-fry Egg White on Straw Mushroom and Broccoli (Serves 4)

Ingredients:

8 oz Broccoli
3 oz Fresh Mushroom (stem removed)
3 oz Straw Mushroom (can use canned)
2 pieces Dried Scallops (soaked and shredded)
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
2 tsps Canola Oil
   
Sauce:
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce with Dried Scallop
3 tbsps Water
1 tsp Corn Flour
Small amount Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil

Method:

  1. Cut broccoli in small pieces, poached broccoli, fresh mushroom and straw mushroom together in hot water with 1 tsp of canola oil. Then, place them nicely on plate for later use.
  2. Heat 1 tsp of canola oil with a non-stick pan, add minced garlic and shredded dried scallop until fragrant. Add mushrooms and stir-fry until just cooked. Mix sauce ingredients and stew mushrooms for 3 minutes.
  3. Place stir-fried mushrooms onto broccoli.
