Healthy Bone Recipe

Stir-fried Prawns with Garlic and Tomato Sauce (Serve 2)
Ingredients   Prawn Marinade  
Medium Prawns
320g
Salt
1 ½ teaspoon
Large Tomato
3 pieces Cornstarch 1 teaspoon
Lee Kum Kee
Minced Garlic
2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee
Minced Garlic
1 teaspoon
Canola Oil 2 teaspoons White Pepper Pinch
       
Sauce  
Water
6 tablespoons
Lee Kum Kee Ketchup 2 tablespoons
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Cornstarch 1 teaspoon
   

Methods:

  1. Remove shell from prawns, rinse, clean and drained.
  2. Marinate prawns for 15 minutes.
  3. Wash and cut tomatoes into wedges, remove seeds.
  4. Mix up sauce ingredients and set aside for later use.
  5. Heat canola oil in a saucepan. Sauté minced garlic and pan-fried the prawns till almost cooked. Put onto a dish and set aside for later use.
  6. In a clean saucepan, cook tomatoes with the sauce mixture until soft and sauce thickened.
  7. Return the cooked prawns into the tomato sauce, heat well and
    serve.
