Ingredients
Spinach noodles 2 [about 120 g/4 oz], Ostrich meat 120 g [4 oz] [shredded], Bell pepper 1 [shredded]
Marinade Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce1 tsp, Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil 1 tsp, Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Sauce Mix Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp, Water 2 tbsp
Method
1. Cook spinach noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
2. Stir-fry ostrich meat in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add bell pepper and stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Stir in spinach noodles, sauce mix and heat through.
Cooking Tips
Any pasta can replace spinach noodles.
This attractive tasty dish is a balanced meal for both adults and children.
Ostrich meat can be changed into chicken or other meats.
