Mid-Autumn Festival is a nostalgic occasion for families to gather to watch the full moon. To celebrate this event, Lee Kum Kee is recommending a seasonal dish of Egg Plant stuffed with Taro. Just follow this simple recipe. First of all, steam the taro until it is soft , then smash and spice it up with Lee Kum Kee seasonings. Next, split up the egg plants length wise and stuff them with the mashed taro. Finally, brush a layer of corn flour to seal the taro mash and then deep fry the egg plants until they are golden brown.
