Ingredients:
Yellow croaker 1 [about 600 g], Ginger 75 g [sliced], Green onion 75 g [sectioned], Soaked Chinese mushrooms 40 g [shredded],
Pork fillet 75 g [shredded], Corn starch solution
Sauce Mix:
Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce 2 tbsp, Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark soy Sauce a little, Sugar a little,
Shao Hsing wine 3 tbsp, Chicken stock 250 ml [1 cup]
Method:
1. Wash yellow croaker. Rub the fish with a little salt.
2. Heat wok. Pan-fry yellow croaker in oil on low heat until golden yellow. Take caer beacuse the flesh of the fish is tender and breaks up easily.
3. Heat wok. Saute ginger ang green onion. Add Chinese mushrooms, pork and sauce mix. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Add corn starch solution and heat through.
Put on a serving plate.
