Ingredients
Green bell pepper 1 (Shredded)
Fettuccine 350 g (12 oz)
Bacon 250 g (8 oz) (Diced)
Onion 1 (Diced)
Sauce Mix
Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce 5 tbsp
Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 7 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Dry sherry 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp

| Method
1. Cook fettuccine in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
2. Stir-fry onion and bacon in 1 tbsp oil. Add green bell pepper, fettuccine, sauce mix and stir well until heated through.
