  Lee Kum Kee Chili Oil
Lee Kum Kee Chili Oil is made from red chili powder and soybean oil, this Chili Oil retains the distinct hotness and spiciness of red chili peppers. It is great for dipping meat and noodles.

Serves: 4

Ingredients
Yam bundles/Konnyaku bundles 1 packet
(200 g/7 oz) (Drained)
Crab-flavored sticks 5 (Torn into shreds)
Fresh black mushrooms 4 (Shredded)
Frozen green peas 4 tbsp (Defrosted)
Ham 75 g (2-1/2 oz) (Shredded)

Seasoning Mix
Lee Kum Kee White Vinegar 3 tbsp
Lee Kum Kee Chili Oil 2-3 tsp
Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark
Soy Sauce
1 tsp
Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Corn starch 2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
White pepper to taste

Chicken Stock
Lee Kum Kee Chicken
Bouillon Powder
4 tsp (20 g)
Hot water 1 liter (4 cups)

Method
1. Bring chicken stock to the boil. Add all the
    ingredients and cook for about 3 minutes
    or until heated through.
2. Stir in the seasoning mix and heat through
